Yes, in many cases we can help adjust your current DuraPaw Box preferences to better suit your pup. If your dog has strong preferences or sensitivities, just reach out to our support team and let us know what you’d like to avoid.


What Can Be Excluded

Depending on availability and your subscription setup, we may be able to:

  • Avoid certain toy materials (such as fabric toys)
  • Avoid specific treat flavors or ingredients
  • Adjust toy styles (for example, substitute nylon toys for other engaging options)

These adjustments help us make better selections for your pup moving forward.
