We love adding a personal touch to your pup’s DuraPaw boxes! While we don’t currently have an online customization tool, you can absolutely personalize your upcoming box by reaching out to us. Simply email us at hello@durapaw.ca or reply to your order confirmation with the specific preferences you’d like us to note.
Here are some common customization requests we can accommodate:
- Toy Preferences: Let us know if your dog prefers tougher toys, plush toys, or something specific like snuffle toys.
- Treat Adjustments: If your pup has any allergies or dislikes, we can swap certain treat flavors or types.
- Exclusions: Don’t want certain toy types or materials? We can leave them out.
