How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but it’s important to note that early cancellations before the end of your subscription term will result in forfeiting any discounts received. The boxes already shipped will be charged at the standard retail price.

If you’re considering canceling, we’d love the opportunity to address any concerns and make things right. Here are some common issues we can resolve for you:

  1. Chewed Through a Toy Too Quickly? Get a Free Replacement Toy in your next box! We’ll send something better suited to your pup’s chewing style.
  2. Toys Too Big or Too Small? Let us adjust the sizes of your toys to perfectly match your dog’s needs.
  3. Can’t Afford It Anymore? Consider switching to a delivery schedule of every 2 or 3 months. It’s a great way to keep the joy going while staying budget-friendly.
  4. Your Pup Isn’t Happy with Certain Toys or Treats? We can customize your box to suit your dog’s unique preferences—just let us know!
  5. Too Many Toys at Home? Rotate your toys to keep playtime fresh or donate extras to a local shelter. We’re happy to provide tips on how to manage toy collections.
